• Create engaging photo and video content that highlights the everyday creativity and energy of the studio.
• Produce engaging and creative copy.
• Edit videos and reels.
• Help manage analytics and spot trends in what we did well and think of strategies to improve our engagement.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date content plan.
• Drive engagement and generate traffic to the website.
• Trend research - find out what reels and posts are popular and how we can join in a way that suits our style.
• Day-to-day maintenance of brand’s social media accounts and community management
• Research and develop relationships with relevant influencers.
• Assist and collaborate with the team on other marketing activities, such as newsletters and marketing collateral.

• Established Social Media background with proven experience in content creation on Social Media across multiple platforms.
• You must have knowledge of Social Media platforms, algorithm changes and the content required for each, as well as web proficiency.
• Show demonstrable interest in online video and Social Media, as well as video editing.
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and technical ability.
• Excellent written and spoken English with impeccable proofreading and editing skills.
• A creative self-starter who can see ideas through, a good communicator with a positive attitude.
• Ability to shoot/film content.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently. 
• Passion for / knowledge of ceramics would be a bonus.

• Part time, office-based position 3 days a week with working hours from 09:30-16:30, with an hour lunch break.
• Hybrid working options available.
• From £18 per hour (depending on experience).
• An iPhone Pro mobile phone will be available in the studio for you to use.
