Lukas graduated from Coburg University (GER) with a BA in Product Design and has a MA degree in Furniture Design from University of Gothenburg (SWE).
Always drawn to the stimulation and inspiration of working with his hands, he found his passion in designing and crafting ceramics. His work is greatly influenced by rituals and habits around food and the homely environment to celebrate the beauty of the everyday. In the past he has collaborated with chefs and restaurants, sold his work at markets and fairs and worked with commissions. Lukas draws inspiration from the simple joys of life and strives to combine simplicity and functionality with emotion and honesty.
