Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full course price is required to secure your place on any Guest Potter Workshop.

If you cancel with at least four or more weeks notice from the course start date, a full refund will be issued minus the 20% deposit. Alternatively the full amount paid can be transferred to an alternative Guest Potter Course.

If you cancel with less than four weeks notice but with more than one weeks notice we cannot offer any refund but can transfer the value of the course (minus the deposit) to a future booking.

If you cancel with less than one weeks notice no refund will be given and a transfer of funds will not be possible.
