Cancellation Policy for One-Off Events at The Ceramic Studio

If you cancel with at least five working days notice from the event date a full refund will be issued.

If you cancel with between two – five working days notice from the event date, the value can be transferred to another event, workshop or session (subject to availability), but no refund will be offered.

If you cancel with fewer than two days working days notice of the event date, no refund will be given and a booking transfer will not be possible.
